Supply docker commands #8

I would like to request that you update your docker compose file, and provide new build scripts for running on Docker. Also, please support podman.

PR #9 adds documentation for manually running on Docker and also for deploying on OKD. I also added a GitHub link to the page. Docker-compose is not yet updated, and I have not added docs for linking to a PostgreSQL container yet.
