Create World Scene map #3

Doesn't allow any camera change, a static image with clickable areas
Clicking on the areas takes you to different scenes
Create stand-in scene for:
[x] A Level
[x] The Hospital

I've created Scenes for

Blood Bank
Hospital
LevelOne
LevelTwo
LevelThree

Along with 2D box colliders with a OnMouseEvents script attached to each collider. This script will be used for all mouse events such as OnMouseAsButton() which currently functions to transport the player to a different scene. As well as the future mouse events for highlighting.
