Explain how to get the auth redirect URL #34

Arose from comments on original OAuth ticket.

Safari follows the redirect, making things simple. Most other browsers do not.

Also stopped opening the auth URL directly from the tool. It didn't occur to me at the time, but it doesn't work over SSH, which is how I imagine many people will be using this tool.
