This particularly applies to the car dealerships, but manual sort on the other shops would be appropriate as well.
The vehicles seem to be sorting based on load order, which I am guessing is in turn based on filename (internal and external). This makes sense to the computer, but is unhelpful for users. I would prefer they be listed by price or alphabetically. Price would be useful for comparing similarly-priced vehicles, and alphabetical would at least keep the versions of the same car together and allow for scanning directly to a desired model.
For the other stores, just keeping similar items together would be nice, Without having to resort to completely separate lists. All the food together, then the drinks, then general merchandise, stuff like that.
