OOC: How to operate your hands, pull up your phone, open a car door, hand someone a set of keys, swim up when underwater, which bodily needs exist and what fulfills them, etc. People should not require in-world instructions for such things. We should make a clear doc for this.
IC-Civ: How to use the bank, what jobs are available, job requirements and pay, local traffic laws, legality of firearms and non-obvious drugs, etc. These can be conveyed by way of flyers, newspapers, etc., presented in-world and/or on the website.
IC-Crim- how to make illegal drugs, perform complex crimes, where the drug spots are, who buys and sells illegal stuff, etc. Some can be subtly presented in the flyers (demands to clean up a postal range to indicate this is a good zone to do drug sales, calls to restrict access to drug components such as pseudoefedrine, news reports that yet another X store has been shut down for trafficking in stolen goods, etc.). Others can be presented as underground publications that are accurate but hard to find, or memoirs that are only partially accurate, but easy to find.
