    • Highly dependent on getting both new block device drivers and a stable writable persistent filesystem. The ext2 driver from toaru32 is completely unsuitable, the tarfs driver is read-only.
    • Can probably just build off of the tutorial for UI matters.
    • Needs partition creation tools, probably for GPT?
    • Needs disk loaders with support for whatever partitioning we end up doing...
  • [ ] Documentation
    • We left off 1.x with a working documentation viewer, but no documentation to view. Can we improve that situation? It's not as good as toaru-legacy's pseudo-HTML parser yet, but it does provide enough for at least something better than a single line of text.

2. if yes, then can I work on some this roadmap items as part of 'Hacktoberfest' contributions?

I prefer contributions to ToaruOS be limited to issue reports and ports. Last year's Hacktoberfest presented a number of challenges for participating projects, and I don't believe ToaruOS's development approach is suited to the event.
