@sokole @klapierre Can we talk about potential models? I'm looking at the mixed effects models that Eric started, and have it implemented in my models... but not sure what the next steps should be. It would be great to chat about what other formulations you think are worth testing here.

Hey Dan,

I am interested in also being involved with the mixed models, as it is something I would like to learn. Sally and I are going to compile new datasets next friday and then re-output the similarity matrixes for everything. I noticed there was a problem with the current output file and many of the lines were repeated. So, I think there will be a new output file by next weekend to run the mixed models on. There are many extra columns, these are all things Sally and I are hoping to clean up.

Should we all talk about the models after Meghan and Sally have cleaned up the data files next week? I think Andrew was on the hunt for more data to add in as well, so we should get an update from him about that before forging ahead.

Sounds good, let's touch base after that. Great that you guys are already going to work on the output! See my row.names=F comment for outputting csv..
