No game options menu #1

At present the game lacks an options menu. The player should be able to set
gameplay modes, level of difficulty etc.

An options menu was added. You can set game type, difficulty (Normal and 
Expert),
Starting level, you can enable or disable music (not yet properly working) and 
sound
effects.
