We are having the same problem. We just executed the cron (changed the executing time for SmartKlass plugin) and the log shows some related tasks where executed. Back in the Institution dashboard shows the same messagel. Further research tomorrow.
HI. I have exactly the same problem as Pam has written. I don't changed yet anything in the plugin.

I installed Smart Klass data over 24 hours ago and am still getting message that "Your information will be visible after processing courses. Try sign in again in XX hours. Email not found on server"
It is now saying to check back in 9 hours.
Please advise. Pam
