The system will automatically populate a small set of request headers #22

This will include the following headers:

[x] Host - by querying the local hostname of the machine on which we are running
[x] User-Agent - set to something like "Crest/1.0; Intel Mac OS X 10.9;" depending on just how much we can determine
[x] Content-Length - computed from the input request content
[x] Content-Type - guessed (if possible) from the input request content

This should be overridable via the configuration file and the command line. (Details to be determined)
