Does this integration support the sending of image attachments to Nextcloud Talk? I'm looking for something similar to how images are sent using the existing Telegram or Nextcloud app notify services.

Nextcloud Talk Bots currently cannot send files, see https://github.com/nextcloud/spreed/issues/10715
