Feature: Bi-directional links between article graphs and pages for each article #18

When users are looking at the subject article graph, they may very well want to see the pages an article is mentioned on. Similarly they may want to see the graph from the pages.

Tentatively, we're going to add these to the tab selections on each screen, but may stick the links somewhere else in the sober light of morning.

I've added these to the links on the right-hand panel of both the graph and the multi-page view. This seems to make more sense than the tabs, but I'm not entirely happy with the results.
