I'd love to set at least the web part of Ao in more languages, like Spanish.

Ouch... I forgot to add the feature-request label...

@earthwormjimx3 Why don't you start translating it yourself? The source code is available after all...

Doesn't the source code exclude the website components?

@earthwormjimx3 This app is more a wrapper for the front-end. If the source code excludes the front-end then you shouldn't even be asking because it's not possible for anyone to do what you are requesting.

Also note that the link above says ISSUES not "FEATURE REQUESTS". In open source, if you want a feature, you provide it yourself. This field is for defining issues and putting forth bug reports to the team.

comodoropet4 commented 4 years ago

Ah! Alright. That's my own mistake, and I apologise for that.

Thanks in advance for helping me know about this 😅

825i commented 4 years ago

If you want to request features then you can do so here: https://gitter.im/klaussinani/ao

If you want the feature to be added more quickly, you could consider supporting the developers work here: https://github.com/sponsors/klaussinani

Otherwise you could check the source documents and contribute the translation yourself and then make a push request to have it added.

comodoropet4 commented 4 years ago

Alright! I'll evaluate these options and see what I can do.

And, next time, I'll be sure to not misuse the issues section on any GitHub project like I did right now.

By the way @earthwormjimx3. This might be of some use. It's literally available in the main readme: https://github.com/klaussinani/ao/blob/master/contributing.md#translating-documentation

@earthwormjimx3 please close this "issue" at the bottom of this page and refer to the gitter.im link above that I mentioned for making this request.
