Replaces the regular cursor with an animated .gif that matches the current pokemon theme!

Usage 🚀

Enabling is done by defining the pokecursor option inside of .hyper.js, and setting it to true 😄
Disabling is done by setting it as false or completely omitting the option from .hyper.js 😄
The default state is false 🎉

pokecursor: 'true'  // Activates the feature and
pokecursor: 'false'  // Deactivates it
