Cut new release so that TypeScript types are published with the package #101

This commit adds "types" to the list of files published with the package, but it is after the latest release.

The current release published does not include the TypeScript types

I just installed signale and there is no TS support

Same issue. Much appreciate the author to do a small patch release fixing TS support.
