Remove Hard-coding for Icon and Tray Icon #119

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tusk doesn't allow to customize icons following the current Gnome theme. This applies both to the application icon and to the tray (appindicator) icon.

Describe the solution you'd like I manually fixed the main icon by changing the tusk.desktop file and changing the value from Icon=${SNAP}/meta/gui/icon.png to Icon=tusk.png

I wasn't able to fix the tray icon.

Similarly in Linux Mint 19, I have installed the Sardi icon set, which includes a custom icon for Tusk. The custom icon appears in the mint menu list and in the panel launcher, but the hard-coded one is used in the system tray and window (cobiwindow list and default window manager).
