Clicking on different themes (or using shortcuts) does nothing.

Also checking for update returns HTTP error with code 301.

Same issue on Elementary OS 5.1.2 Hera (based on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS)

Also for me, clicking on the theme simply doesn't change anything. I am running ubuntu 20.04.
