change "Twitter" to "𝕏 (Twitter)" in README.md description section #384

Describe the bug Twitter is know known as 𝕏 (Twitter)

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Tusk repository
  2. Look into README.md description section
  3. Twitter is not changed to it's new name.
