Is it possible to increase the maximum temperature? I'm planning to use a sauna thermostat, but I can't find the limit in the sources.

That seems to be an issue with the original beca microcontroller (or it's software). The thermostat is specified up to 45°C. The ESP8266 and Tasmota cannot change this behavior as it serves as an interface only.
