Provide support for Bodemwärme thermostat #278

Hi, I have a Bodemwärme thermostat that came with the cheap underfloor heating I've installed in my garden shed office. It uses Tuya to connect and looks very similar on the inside to other devices you've supported but I'm not sure how far the similarities go.

I've attached a couple of photos,

The device has six pins on the wall that it plugs into. Three for ground, one supplying 12 volts to the thermostat, one for an underfloor temperature sensor and one for a relay.

The relay seems to sit at 12.42 volts when the heating is off and 0.4 volts when it is on. When the app says the floor sensor is reading 15°C, it shows a reading of 4.4kOhms.

I'm not sure if any of this is of assistance.

If this device is not yet supported but you think it could be, please provide me with steps I need to take to provide you with all the information required and I'll be sure to update this ticket as needed :)
