Upgrade to Keycloak 19 #7

After updating from 18 to 19, I've got the below error.

Thx for the bug-ticket. I'll have a look at it and update the package to support Keycloak 19.

To be honest, I couldn't reproduce this issue on my end. Nevertheless, there's a new version that supports Keycloak 19 (using the old admin theme). https://github.com/klausbetz/apple-identity-provider-keycloak/releases/latest

I assume it's a configuration issue on your end. Maybe it has something to do with your Service-ID, Team-ID, Key-ID or p8 contents that do not match the ones you got from Apple?
