@TheKernelNewbie Checkboxes are not interactive to begin with. They are done through Markdown:

[ ] Unchecked checkbox
[x] Checked checkbox

@Etanarvazac They do happen to be interactive for anyone who has permissions to edit the original post – issue author, repo owner, &c – but certainly not us mere watchers.
