This PR adds a patch for version 2.2.0 of the extension to support Klaviyo's v3 APIs.
This patch only updates the extension to use Klaviyo's v3 APIs. No other bug fixes were made as part of this work as Klaviyo no longer actively maintains extensions linked for Magento 2 <2.3
Manual Testing Steps
Tested locally on a 2.2.11 store.
