V3 API patch for 3.0.4 #288

Description

Adds a patch for extension version 3.0.4 to switch it over to Klaviyo's V3 APIs ahead of the V1/V2 API retirement.

This patch only updates the extension to use Klaviyo's v3 APIs. No other bug fixes were made as part of this work.

Manual Testing Steps

Tested on a 2.3.3 store locally
