Viewed Product metric not populating on Klaviyo dashboard #293

Environment details

PHP version: 8.1.21 Magento version: Adobe Commerce on Cloud 2.4.5-p6 Klaviyo extension version: 4.1.2 Anything else that would help a developer reproduce the bug? Merchant has multiple websites/stores.

Steps to reproduce

1- Configure the extension and integrate with Klaviyo; 2- View a product, add to cart and place order;

Expected result

Metrics "Active on SIte", "Added to Cart" and "Viewed Product" populated on Klaviyo dashboard.

Actual result

"Viewed Product" metric not populated on Klaviyo dashboard, only "Active on Site" and "Added to Cart".

Additional information

Merchant only sell CONFIGURABLE products.

Hey, I'm also going to route you over to the support team. Here's the link to contact them.. They'll be able to gather additional data we need to triage this issue such as company_id and may be able to help you resolve the issue.

We'll keep this issue open here in case support escalates the issue but please close if you're able to get this resolved with the support team.
