Add option to calibrate gesture recognizer #2

Different devices seem to return very different readings from the accelerometer. A calibration step should help deal with that. It should also deal with people with different interpretations of what the gestures look like.

Needed for phones where shake detector is hard or impossible to trigger. Samsung galaxy s2 for example.
