Prepare repository for public release

… promote Klaxit usage, travis ci config

This PR has been created to make the project ready to release in open-source.

IMPROVEMENTS :

• First version of the project will be 0.1.0
• The Readme is clearer on how to add the plugin in your Android project.
• The project has been added to Travis CI in paid version. So the current badge is not working yet, configuration must be re-done when the repository if opened to migrate to a free Travis CI.

FIXES:

• The encoding of special characters was not working, it is fixed now
