Gas price value in truffle-config.js need to be updated #10

Describe the bug Baobab changed gas price to 750 ston now, but the example configuration is set to 25 ston. Cypress will be updated at 3rd April also. https://github.com/Krustuniverse-Klaytn-Group/klaytn-dev-sandbox/blob/36c6d469790ad901e6ba0204b40c617c215762f7/truffle-config.js#L88
