No block code is generated #11

When you try to add a block to modifications, it comes out, but it is not in the game, and when you try to view the element code, mcreator does not respond. But if you look at the element code through its settings, it will show a bright gray screen.

And another bug. I don't know if it works only on Russian localization, but if you change more than 3 parameters of elements related to effects, the program freezes and stops responding. You can "reset" this parameter count only if you save the element (with its closure).

But I think this is the problem of MCreator itself

I believe I have the same issue, as I tried to make a GUI and having a parameter call it, but had the issue of "GUI doesn't exist". My confusion was caused mostly as the parameter itself I made after having made the GUI but the GUI was the only one broken. It appears to not save in the actual SRC path of the mod files, but appears in MCreator. When attempting to view the code, it is broken (as shown in image). After all of this, I attempted to make a test block to see if maybe that would work, and it had the same issue as the GUI with it only being in the MCreator application but not in the files themselves and having the odd code error. I have also attempted restarting MCreator to no avail. I am unsure if this is an error with the plugin or MCreator itself, as I only encountered this issue recently, and only on object types I had not been using previously (GUIs and blocks). This could also just be user error on my part, but I don't know for sure.

MCreator version?

Virgil041234 commented 1 year ago

Version 2023.1, and I'm using... what I've now realized is your custom skin rendering API, but that is the only add-on I have besides the 1.16.5 port.

kleiders3010 commented 1 year ago

You can't use 2023.1. It only works on 2022.3

Virgil041234 commented 1 year ago

Ah, I see. Well, thanks for your quick solution them 👍

have a similar problem and i definitely have 2022.3 so it is 100% an issue with your generator
