Gist links in Readme.md broken #355

Both Gist links in the README.md are 404'd, this includes instructions on URL Rewriting requirements which I need to verify my configuration!

This issue still exists. It's also reported in https://github.com/klein/klein.php/issues/307 and https://github.com/klein/klein.php/issues/329

I am also desparately in need of the instruction to setup url-rewrite for the same.
