PsychPython: Edited Dropping 2.x support, adding opt-in Limited API support, and cleaning up Python abstractions #234
This should be merged for a future upcoming Psychtoolbox 3.0.19.0 release, but no earlier, as removal of Python 2 support is nothing to be done in the middle of a 3.0.18 series.
Python improvements by Alex Forrence @aforren1, edited/rebased/slightly improved by Mario Kleiner in the interest of time, and some minor cleanups:
