Generate versions.json #55

I've started integrating https://github.com/lovell/sharp/pull/3522 and I think generating a versions.json at build time would be quite useful, if only to make things consistent with the other scripts that generate prebuilt libvips binaries. Any thoughts?

Commit https://github.com/kleisauke/wasm-vips/commit/bd21b3db75e8a635b5257350e7a9d64d87d45b56 ensures that this file is also distributed in wasm-vips. This will be in v0.0.6.
