After downloading Twine 2.70 on windows 11, when going to run the app, a popup appears from Windows saying "Search for app in the store? You will need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the store?". Saying yes leads to nothing and saying no ends the process. The app will not run either way.
Steps to reproduce:
Download Twine 2.7 on windows 11.
Run the application.
Observe the issue.
Expected behavior:
The app should run the installer.
