It'd be nice if Twine2's uninstaller also deleted its Windows Registry entries. Not having old values hanging around might help if one is trying to uninstall/reinstall to try to fix problems.
After uninstalling Twine2, I ran the 3rd party utility CCleaner to make sure all of the associated registry values had been cleaned up. It found quite a few Twine-related entries. This was under Win7 Pro x64.
This looks like a bug with Twine 2.3 or earlier, and because of that I'm closing it. Please re-open or create a new issue if you find this is still a problem in 2.4.
