I've added this to the Twine 2.4.0 project. You can track progress on the overall release there. Once I've had time to review, I will update this issue accordingly.

Hi, I need two things from you in order to add this:

a) An image of a flag in SVG format b) The name of this language as native speakers would use (e.g. French would use "Français").

Check http://twinery.org/2/#!/locale for what I'm looking for here.
