Hi,

I've been using twine recently and I've been very impressed with the desktop app. However, I feel like the app would benefit from some additional features to aid organisation and ease of use.

This may be due my monitor but I also find that the light-theme has too little contrast between the canvas and the passages. The dark theme is a great addition, however I think the light theme could benefit from a slightly darker blue canvas.

I hope this doesn't sound too critical, the Twine tool has been incredibly useful to me!

When you write "manually colour passages," what do you mean? Tag them from the story map?

I have long wanted to add a better way to work with stories at a macro level, and have thought about similar things to the canvas tiles you're talking about. The challenge I see is, what if you change your mind about a passage being part of one? If it's in the middle of a large canvas, then you have to do a lot of grunt work dragging it to an edge and back out.

In the story choice window of twine, stories have a number of different colours automatically assigned to them, as seen in the attached image. It would be useful if these could be set manually.

With regards to the canvas tile issue, I agree that this would be a pain. Maybe you could assign and unassign passages to canvases through the context menu as well. This would save you having to drag them all the way to an edge, but would require them to be pushed to an edge of the canvas automatically, which might be challenging.
