Mobile version #659

I've noticed that Twine web app (http://twinery.org/2/) has not mobile adaptation.

So, I've done it.

Sorry for my js, I don't know Vue. But you can see ideas what to add to the app. Or you can just take it for fast usage without changing it. twine_mobile.zip

May I ask you to do this? If it necessary I'll close Issue.

Sorry, I have not had time to review this PR yet. I likely will have a bunch of questions— mobile support is pretty complicated.
