Export weekly trends data to a json file.

This will be used for this view:

Frontend will no longer need to parse the entire Google data spreadsheet.

Usage

$ python app.py oc trends-json-file
OC COVID-19 JSON Export

JSON Path: /home/klenwell/projects/covid-19/docs/data/json/oc/trends.json

Notes: 
· Start Date: 2022-05-31 
· End Date: 2022-06-06

Will output file like: data/json/oc/trends.json
