REPL turns '() into ''() #144

How to trigger the problem?

Type () or '() to the REPL

What is the expected output?

'()

What do you see instead?

''() (two single quotes)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Owl Lisp 0.1.7f (trunk) on Linux

Thanks. There was a confusion in who should quote a single null value.
