no sound in FF and Chrome #858

Few days ago some videos on YouTube stopped playing sound - it seems to affect 
only .webm videos. Flash content works fine.

Chrome 37.0.2062.120 m
FF 32.0.1
Windows 7 64-bit SP1

After installing 'Disable Youtube™ HTML5 Player' Chrome extension the videos 
do play sound again, so it is definitely .webm issue.

It was happening with all .webm videos. The issue resolved itself after few 
days.
