Hashtag tracking per conference/talk #14

Perhaps autogenerate #hashtags for each talk for easy tracking on Twitter (#votie-bcc2010-123), or let users specify a hashtag to use. Obv. an extension of that would be to pull such marked tweets into the Votie interface.

Yea, this is a good idea. We’ll implement this to locate tweets so we can automatically pull them into votie (thinking a nice JS-powered ‘View tweets on this talk’ feature that slides out to reveal a certain number of tweets).
