Use a van type vehicle
deliver "mail / parcels" to house
maybe bonus for inhabited houses
similiar to trucker job / pizza job

I see two possible solutions here:

Place markers all over the map (only at houses and flats) and let the driver choose his route
Give a specific route to deliver the parcels to

Other thoughts

There should be some kind of base where the parcel driver gets his vehicle and new parcels
After beginning the job you should be able to deliver maybe 30 parcels and then reload from the base with new ones
To make it more realistic there could the the task to get out of your car and get directly to the door of a house
Or your truck gets a small freeze when arriving at a marker (maybe 2 secs)
