refactor: improve linting #14

Mostly lint based changes - holding off on any more major until I get a bit more familiar. This should remove most of the lint errors except for unused imports (which I'm assuming will be using at some point).

Please let me know about any other improvements I can make. Thanks!

@Thoughtscript tnx for your contribution to improve the lint. On the other hand it would be to fix the tests, see https://github.com/kleros/arbitrable-payment-front/issues/15.
