A platform where users can buy and sell goods.

Alice sells a good to Bob which is delivered to her home. Bob sends the funds to an escrow. When the goods arrive, Bob claims it is defective and asks Alice to send a replacement. Alice refuses.Bob creates a dispute. Both parties send evidence. Jurors decide.
Alice buys a lamp from Bob. She claims it doesn't turn on when plugged to AC. When the dispute starts, Alice records a video of the lamp which doesn't turn on when plugged (the video clearly shows that other lamps do turn on when plugged to the same plug). Alice wins.

the platform would be web3 based? so it can be connected via MetaMask wallets alike and use UBI as main payment method(as of others cryptos) ?

Sounds like something I'm working on at the moment at a company called Boson Protocol.
