These endpoints are not controlled by us, the upstream repo hasn't migrated yet: https://github.com/Uniswap/interface/issues/7730

But the subgraphs already exist here: https://thegraph.com/explorer?chain=arbitrum-one&search=0xddaaed8b88ac0ccfdbfabdceba1c619391760f7f

We need to bring our own API Key
