Fix compatibility for charts with .net core #21

This thing is broken. The only polyfill I found is archived repo on github, which means it is no longer supported. Probably you should use some chart generating libraries(like https://github.com/martinobordin/Chart.Mvc ).

Well, that's stuff for MVC and renders in browser, that sucks. We should implement our own stuff then!

Okay, dived dipper in this thing. Since we still will have to deal with microservices later on, we should implement a microservice in GO. Why go? Just to make @bogdaner2 suffer. (Actually we will implement it in Node .js probably)

You suggested to use GO, but you did it without any respect. Also if you want to make @bogdaner2 suffer, he have to do a task with C++
