Some rare presets (Saw Wave (81)) play more than one instrument at once - see in Polyphone

touhou/06_eosd/2b Cirno's Theme - Beloved Tomboyish Girl.mid - Lead (80) sounds much nicer with the all instruments (through VirtualMidiSynth) than with just one (my implementation)
