Quests sometimes do not reset after 8 hour timer #10

Quest slots sometimes stay stuck at 0:00:00 time until next quest. Don't currently have a screenshot. A few times I've had it happen seemed to be around the same time of day, around 3pm EST or 19:00 UTC. Will update with screenshot if I see it again.

With Klesun's input, it seems like it happens when doing a lot of quests in a day. There may be some hidden maximum number of quests that is not visible that causes the new quest to not be created when the timer ends. If so, I think it would be important for the player to have some indication of what is happening.

If I remember correctly, before the season you could only get 1 extra quest at a time. This was increased to 3 with the season, so with an 8 hour cooldown on the extra quests, you can get 3 sets of 3 each. Maybe that is higher than this hidden limit. Not sure if the limit should have gone up by 3 times as well like the extra quest.
