Monodocim open book gui causes the game to crash

Describe the bug/crash When trying to use the book from this mod the game crashes on client side i was looking at crash report and doesn't anything about other mods i think the gui is crashing the game. Steps

1. Load up game with occultism and this mod installed
2. use book

@SpinoFTW thank you for reporting! Please provide the log file and the crash log corresponding to this crash.

Additionally if possible please try if this reproduces on a minimal setup (e.g. using curseforge just install modonomicon + dependencies and cheat in one of the demo books)

@SpinoFTW thanks for checking! This seems to be due to a broken book in the pack (provided by a mod or datapack).

Can you please try to:

• update to lastest modonomicon for 1.18.2
• Provide the full log (if you are on a server, from the serverside + clientside, if you are in SP from clientside), the startup is interesting if there are any warnings/errors during loading

Hmm this is a tricky one. No obvious loading errors (although it might be oversight, there's almost 400 findings for "error", but none directly in combination with modonomicon). Also when using that occultism + modonomicon version I do not get the error.

Is this a pack publicly available? To me it really looks like someone tried to modify the book and something went wrong

Thanks - so that means no custom book changes. What happens if you try to run e.g. unmodified ATM modpack from curseforge launcher (or any other modpack supportin glauncher) ?

So the underlying issue is that somehow in your pack the RecipesUpdatedEvent from forge is not running. This event is used by modonomicon as a marker, that all data is loaded and can be connected (so that the book can properly connect items, tags, recipes and book pages).

I can probably build a workaround for this, but in the long run you should figure out which mod causes that event not to run because it will cause other problems

@SpinoFTW it works with a local build of 1.18.2-1.5.1 for me. The build should be on CF in the next few minutes to hours. This will allow the book to open, but as mentioned above, the RecipesUpdatedEvent issue may cause other problems with other mods. That underlying issue is not caused by occultism or modonomicon - usually optimization mods, or mods that use mixins can cause something like that
