Familiar Respawning

• [x] On death familiars should drop a shard/crystal
  • [x] If the owner is nearby, try to place directly in their inventory
• [x] The shard can be "healed" with demon's dream fruit
  • [x] The fruit has to be processed - N amount of fruit need to be combined (maybe with seed) and then purified in spirit fire into an otherworld essence shard
  • [x] Then a simple ritual allows to respawn the familiar - central ingredient is the familiar shard, and then depending on desired balancing 1-N shards.
  • [x] Ritual should be very short
